Vimeo hosts all our videos. It depends on how fast your network is along with how Vimeo’s network is.
You can drop quality to 720p, 540p, or even lower. That way you can fix this problem.
The other thing you can do is you can do an internet connection speed test at speedtest.net
Anything above 50-100 Mbps should be more than enough.
Here’re some other things you can do:
- close additional browser tabs
- restart the computer

- try a different browser
- wait for the video to preload
